On July 27, 2018, the Center transmitted an email to the Complainant acknowledging receipt of the Complaint, noting that the Complaint was a refiled Complaint regarding one of the domain names () and that the Complainant had not pleaded grounds that might justify entertaining the refiled Complaint, and inviting the Complainant to either re-file the Complaint, excluding the disputed domain name, or alternatively provide grounds to accept the re-filing on a prima facie basis, subject to the panel’s determination, on appointment.
